The Most Delicious Candy Cane Martini You’ve Ever Had

In order to keep you warm during the cold January weather, I have instituted Friday Happy Hour. To assist me in Happy Hour, Amy at Go Forth and Mother has created some special cocktails just for The Halfway Homemaker readers! First up, her Delicious Candy Cane Martini!

Hi all! My name is Amy, and I blog over at Go Forth and Mother, where I talk about all things motherhood, with some cocktails sprinkled in. You can check out my other cocktails here, but for today, Jen is letting me take over her blog to share with you one of my absolute favorites:
Candy Cane Martini | The Halfway Homemaker
What? A candy cane martini? But Christmas is over!
Why yes, yes it is – but if you are like me, you might want to hang onto that Christmas spirit as long as possible. Or maybe you just have some leftover Christmas spirits that you need to use up (ahem, peppermint schnapps anyone?).
So, here’s the deal. This isn’t just any old cocktail, this tastes exactly like a candy cane. Those oddball ingredients in there? Ohhhh, they are so worth buying.
How to make the Candy Cane Martini from Go Forth and Mother
Don’t brush this one off just because you don’t have cake vodka. Because, c’mon. You need cake vodka.
Just pour those lovely liquids into a martini shaker with plenty of ice, shake vigorously, pour, and enjoy.
